**About Bench Brewing**:
Bench Brewing Company is a located on 8 acres of farmland in the heart of Niagara’s rural but sophisticated wine region. We farm 3 acres of hops and 12 acres of apples alongside our large production facility, Taproom and Event Centre.
As a certified BCorp, we strive to produce high quality, sustainably produced craft beverages including beer, cider, RTD’s and our new wine portfolio. We have a Zero wastewater footprint and are certified Carbon Neutral by our partner at BMO Radicle Climate Smart.

**The Role**:
Reporting into the Head of Sales, the primary role of the Territory Manager is to be the face of Bench, Niagara Cider and Henderson Brewing in their territory. They are the voice of our craft beverage products building relationships with On-Premise owner/operators and managers, LCBO Managers and Beer/Cider/RTD Captains, Grocery managers and staff, and Convenience store operators.
**Responsibilities**:
- Effectively set and track daily, weekly and monthly goals required to deliver quarterly sales targets.
- Plan and execute efficient daily route plans for sales calls.
- Develop new business by increasing distribution across all retail and on-premise channels within geographic territory.
- Leverage our data tools and systems in building fact-based selling strategies to influence decision makers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of beer and successful execution of consumer activations.
- Educate on-premise and retail staff on Bench’s portfolio through information sharing and tastings/samplings.
**Qualifications**:
- A post-secondary degree, ideally with a focus on business, marketing, or sales.
- Relevant sales experience - background in the beverage alcohol category, particularly craft beverages, would be an asset.
- A thirst for knowledge - desire to constantly be learning about beer styles and brewing processes and being excited to share that knowledge with our customers and consumers.
- A reliable vehicle and clean driving record (Bench offers a car allowance)
- The drive to win as a team - collaborating to achieve success is what we do here at Bench.
- Strong communication skills - both written and oral
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Availability to work evenings & weekends on occasion.
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
