Reporting to the Communications Team Lead, the Communications Coordinator will execute and support Sustainability, Communications & Marketing Department activities as included in the annual strategic plans.

KEY FUNCTIONS & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Collaborate closely with the Communications Team Lead to develop engaging content and execute communication strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop a strong understanding of ABCRC’s services to effectively meet communication requirements for reporting and public engagement.
- Manage website updates and functionality (in conjunction with external support, as needed) to ensure the site remains engaging and user-friendly.
- Handle internal communications, including managing the company intranet to ensure timely updates, employee engagement and consistent information sharing.
- Capture on-site activities and events (take photographs and write “good news” stories) that effectively describe and promote ABCRC, its initiatives and its people.
- Assist with the management of the corporate Electronic Documentation Management System (eDMS), ensuring accessibility, organization and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and manage internal and external business documents and reports, including researching, drafting, proofreading and distributing for review/approval.
- Support day-to-day departmental activities, invoicing and other duties as assigned by the Communications Team Lead.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
