- Operate POS systems (Aloha, Micros) for processing transactions efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling policies.
- Assist in training new staff on bartending techniques and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods, particularly during banquets or special events.

**Skills**
- Proficient in Aloha POS and Micros POS systems.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently.
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
- Previous fine dining or nightclub experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in food service or the food industry is a plus.
