**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their tastes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring all payments are processed efficiently.
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local laws.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Uphold food safety standards by practicing proper food handling techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Experience in cashiering and cash handling procedures is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for creating enjoyable experiences for customers.

Pay: $17.40-$20.00 per hour
