This position is required to be onsite M-F, 8;30-4:30.

Maintains files of Costco program participants and tracks program sales, points, and related information.
Enters dealer sales into the Costco Database on a timely basis ensuring reports reflect accurate sales, unit, payment, and profit details.
Serves as DocuSign point person.
Processes Costco online sales.
Communicates effectively with internal Kinetico departments to ensure superior customer service and accurate and timely sales administration.
Provides back up for the Customer Care Administrator.
**Job Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:A High School Diploma with 1-3 years’ experience working in a customer service-oriented role.
Must be professional and show initiative.
Must have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, action and goal oriented, and have above average organizational skills.
Must be able to prioritize as instructed and be flexible to change priorities as needed.
Must have a proven “customer-centric” focus; understand customer service, and the value of creating a positive experience for the customer.
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including proficient abilities with Word and Excel.
Must be dependable and have integrity
Must have knowledge of business, administrative, and clerical procedures, and systems.
