- As a barista you are responsible for the production of all Stella’s beverages, making sure to restock as needed, and maintaining a clean workstation throughout your shift. We are looking for customer focused, team players who enjoy working in the fast-paced restaurant industry**Responsibilities**:

- Make all non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
- Answer the phone and process take-out orders
- Complete cleaning checklists
- Deliver drinks to tables when needed
- Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of menu items
- Notify guests of weekly features or events
- Replenish baked goods and retail items as needed
- Ensure that all items served are entered into the POS System and that all payment transactions are accounted for accurately
- Open/close the bar
- Maintain an inventory of product based on daily par list
- Ensure that production times are maintained
- Ensure all takeout and cash handling procedures are being followed
- Fulfill host & expediter duties when needed
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Valid SmartChoices certification
- Availability to work weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- Firm understanding of the English language (fluency in French desirable for CCFM)
- Outstanding organization, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Great people skills, having a friendly and outgoing demeanor
- Positive attitude and team mindset
