**OVERVIEW OF THIS POSITION**

As a **Barista/ All Rounder** at **Bronuts & Coffee** you are primarily responsible for preparing all restaurant beverages in a timely manner and at superior quality, which includes: espresso beverages, smoothies, coffee, tea and pack doughnuts. As a **Barista/ All Rounder **you must be warm and welcoming to guests with knowledge of the menu and an understanding of the ingredients to assist with guest questions.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**
- Preparing all beverages in a timely manner according to menu and customer specifications. Items include: Coffee and espresso based beverages with superior latte art, tea, and other seasonal beverages
- Dialing espresso grinders daily and continually monitoring espresso quality
- Accurately inputting orders through POS system to ensure efficient communication with service line, coffee bar and smoothie bar
- Setting up and closing down the barista stations and doughnut display case at the start and end of each shift while maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of workspace and bar equipment
- Supporting other restaurant tasks and teammates as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively, respectfully and work well with others in a team based setting
- Ability to execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask when required
- Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
- Availability to work days and weekends as business requires
- General understanding of food safety and public health practices
- _Preferred but not required: _Food Handlers Certification
- _Required:_ 1 year Barista experience or 1 year bakery experience

Pay: $14.50 per hour
