We are on the lookout for a talented barista to join the team. Ideally this person would feel at home behind the machine, have the ability to work alone or in a small team, and have great customer service to make fast friends with our loyal locals.

Coffee plays a big part of what we offer. You’ll have high standards for what makes a great cup of coffee and an engaging customer interaction. You’ll have the opportunity for personal development and input in running a cafe which is of the best in the business.

Barista role:
Make beverages to order with efficiency and consistency

Ensure customers have a great experience - takeaway with a smile or dining in

Keep high food safety and hygiene standards

Help order beverage supplies with the managers

Contribute to making the taste perfect with the coffee staff

Open and close the coffee station

Help and assist all staff members in day to day operations of the cafe, counter service, cleaning down the coffee machine and helping other sections in the cafe if required.

Remuneration will be based on skills and experience. We have part-time and full time positions available to start as soon as possible.

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
