The Sales Manager we need on our team is a self-starting, driven, people connector who’s not afraid to use a sprinkle of persuasion to get what they want. At Township, our Sales Managers are the quality controllers of the customer sales experience. One day, you could be running through different scenarios and roleplaying new strategies with your sales team, preparing them for every opportunity ahead. The next day, you could be in the heart of the hustle and bustle, making a customer’s day by getting them into their dream vehicle. No two days are ever the same.

Our various tools and platforms within the dealership will be part of your arsenal to keep you organized and get the most out of your day. You’ll have the resources you need at your disposal to help you beat industry benchmarks, help customers make well-informed purchasing decisions and most importantly, track and measure you and your team’s success.

From revving up your customer’s excitement level when buying their vehicles to shifting the mindsets of your sales force to become your championship winning team, you’re in the driver’s seat when it comes to controlling your own destiny at Township.

- **Job Type**: Full Time
- **Salary**:$90,000 + bonus
- **Benefits**: Life & Disability, Vision, Dental, Prescriptions, Retirement Savings Plan, Employee Discounts on Vehicles, Parts, Accessories & Service Labour
- **Training for the Position**:On the job and formal training provided
- **Physical Requirements**: Long periods of time on your feet.

**Required Experience**
- **Education**: University degree
- **Experience**: 5 years + Automotive retail experience performed at a high level. Including experience appraising vehicles, and Business Office Experience.
- **Other**: Valid Drivers License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $90,000.00 per year
