**General Purpose**

The Inbound Coordinator is responsible for all administrative activities required to support all departments. The organization, data entry, and record retention of all duties to ensure safety and security requirements are always maintained.

Openings on rotating (days / afternoons) and midnight shift.

**Prerequisites**
- Minimum 2 years of transportation industry experience
- Understanding of transportation and trade requirements
- Intermediate computer skills including in-depth experience with Excel
- Grade 12 education
- No criminal record for which a pardon has not been granted

**Operational Responsibilities**
- Individual will direct and control actively participate in all inventory requirements
- Adhere to all inventory processes and procedures
- Understand and maintain freight locations
- Have a working knowledge of relative ISO procedures
- RF Scanner capable
- Receive incoming and ship outgoing products
- Foster an atmosphere of continuous improvements
- Adherence of all Health and safety regulations
- Participate in all training requirements for Material Handling personnel
- Identify received or shipped items against orders, identifying discrepancies
- Practice 5S
- Identify and report damaged products
- Review packing lists to ensure accuracy
- Provide incoming route/lane locations
- Other relevant duties

**Hazards/Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)**
- Abide by all PPE requirements
- Abide by the highest level of safety at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $62,500.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- data collection and processing: 1 year (preferred)
- Trucking environment: 1 year (preferred)
