**About the Position**

As Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of our agency and the brands we represent. You’ll guide a team of designers, art directors, and animators, and work closely with account leads and clients to bring ideas from pitch to pixel to production.
You’ll be both a big-picture thinker and a hands-on leader. Whether refining a brand world, bringing cohesion to an integrated campaign, or helping a client fall in love with a bold new concept, you’ll lead by example, with heart, taste, and relentless attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**
**Lead, mentor, and inspire** a multidisciplinary creative team across branding, campaigns, animation, and web.
**Direct the creative execution** of internal and external projects, ensuring every deliverable meets our standards of excellence.
**Oversee the development of brand identities**, campaign systems, and integrated storytelling across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints.
**Pitch and present work to clients and stakeholders** with clarity, confidence, and strategic intent.
**Collaborate with strategy and accounts** to ensure creative aligns with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
**Be on Time and on point** with project scoping/costing and timelines
**Coach and develop talent**, providing feedback that’s constructive, clear, and rooted in growth.
**Push creative boundaries**, bringing new technologies, formats, and platforms into the fold where appropriate.
**Ensure consistency and cohesion** across all creative output, acting as a brand guardian for both client and internal work.
**Requirements**:
- 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, ideally at a design agency or in-house brand studio.
- A portfolio that showcases **Tier 1 branding, campaign, and design work** across multiple mediums.
- You need to know something about social media - what’s trending, why it’s trending and how it is created.
- Proven experience directing and developing integrated campaigns from concept to execution.
- Expertise across tools including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, After Effects, and Cinema 4D.
- Experience leading and presenting client-facing work and new business pitches.
- A strong point of view on design systems, user experience, and storytelling AND the future of design and AI integration.
- Comfortable directing static, motion, and digital creative.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.A mindset that balances creative ambition with business growth.

- Mastery with substrates
- High proficiency with animation, 3D, or interactive media.
- UX/UI expertise and frontend design chops.
- Experience scaling creative teams or building creative processes.
- Know how to point a camera or help guide pointing a camera.
- Good Rolodex of preferred vendors who CRUSH it.
