Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Director at Damasci, located in Toronto, ON. The Creative Director will be responsible for shaping and overseeing the brand's creative vision, developing innovative strategies, and managing high-quality design outputs. Daily responsibilities include leading a team of designers, crafting creative branding strategies, providing strong art direction, and ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, and Branding
- Strong skills in Art Direction and Graphic Design
- Experience managing and inspiring creative teams
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proven experience in luxury or design-related industries is a plus
- Knowledge of modern design tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Marketing, or a related field
