Assistant Team Leader

The Assistant Team Leader provides support to the management team in executing and overseeing daily retail store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a well‑organized and efficient store environment. Daily Tasks (but not limited to) Assisting the management team in managing store operations and staff. Boxing and unboxing daily shipments. Stocking daily products on shelves. Climbing ladders to reach all areas of the store. Providing good customer service and resolving customer issues. Ensuring store safety and cleanliness standards are maintained. Performing cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed. Following up on assigned tasks. Conducting manager‑on‑duty tasks: making sure daily breaks, time and attendance are properly tracked and participating in the hiring and performance management process. What Do You Need to Succeed? Approximately one (1) year of relevant experience in the retail industry. At least one (1) year in a supervisory role. Flexible availability (day, evening, weekend). Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
