Technical Support Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve technical inquiries and provide solutions.
- Use Genoptic software systems and protocols to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Provide expert-level support for Genoptic Smart Displays and VideoStar software systems, including installation, networking, and ongoing maintenance.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of electrical systems, networking, and client product deployments.
- Process orders, manage parts requests, and coordinate deliveries.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform site inspections and on-site support visits as needed.
- Work closely with the Technical Support Manager to monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements.
**Essential Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills with excellent command of the English language.
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- A high level of honesty and integrity in all business dealings.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual skills (French is an asset).
- Knowledge of network architecture, cable infrastructure, wireless systems, and fiber optics.
- Hands-on knowledge of electrical systems.
- ITF+ (IT Fundamentals) accreditation or similar certifications.
**Performance Standards**
- Manage client expectations effectively and deliver solutions on time.
- Accurately record and file key communications.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with existing clients.
Consistently meet and exceed deliverable deadlines and customer satisfaction goals.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
