The Student Coordinator at Innivec will be responsible for fostering a vibrant and inclusive campus environment that enhances the student experience. This role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing a variety of student programs, events, and activities. The Coordinator will work closely with students, faculty, and staff to support student engagement, development, and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Support**:

- Enhance student well-being, retention, and success by addressing their individual needs and challenges throughout their educational journey.
- Provide assistance and guidance to students seeking information about campus resources, services, and opportunities.
- Serve as a point of contact for student inquiries and concerns.

**Community Building**:

- Organize events, activities, and initiatives that encourage interaction, collaboration, and mutual respect among students, thereby enhancing their overall college experience and well-being.
- Foster a sense of community and belonging among students through inclusive programming and initiatives.
- Support initiatives that promote cross-cultural understanding and diversity on campus.

**Administrative Support**:

- Someone really quick, hospitable, warm and passionate.
- Manage student internships, track graduation rates, and manage student files.
- Physically present and available at the front desk greeting visitors, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and providing assistance or direction to students entering the premises.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to student programs, including budget management, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Coordinate logistics for events and activities, including venue reservations, equipment, and materials.

**Communication and Outreach**:

- Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff to promote student programs and events.
- Utilize various communication channels, including social media and newsletters, to engage with the student body.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in student affairs, campus programming, or a related area. Experience working in a higher education setting is highly desirable.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using technology and social media for communication and promotion.

Pay: $40,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
