**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a creative, concise, and culturally aware **Scriptwriter** to join our content production team. In this role, you’ll write compelling, high-conversion scripts for social media videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form educational content, and podcast episodes.

Your words will shape the voice of influencers, educators, startup brands, and promotional campaigns. If you know how to **hook an audience in the first 5 seconds**, simplify complex ideas, and write copy that drives clicks, engagement, and emotion — this is your opportunity.

This is a **commission-based or partnership-based freelance role**, ideal for writers who want flexible remote work and are ready to grow with a media agency where **content volume means income growth**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Write scripts for short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) in a punchy, platform-optimized format
- Develop episode outlines, questions, and flow for podcast interviews or solo discussions
- Collaborate with video editors, influencers, directors, and branding leads to align tone and audience
- Write call-to-actions, intros/outros, and captions that convert viewers into followers or leads
- Adapt writing for different industries: education, personal development, lifestyle, consulting, fashion, and small business
- Deliver clean, grammatically correct copy with a fast turnaround

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience writing content or scripts (freelance, digital agency, or editorial)
- Strong command of social media trends, tone, and hooks
- Ability to write in multiple voices: humorous, professional, conversational, empowering, etc.
- Portfolio or samples of social media or podcast scripts required
- Comfortable working in Google Docs, Notion, or other cloud-based collaboration tools
- Must be able to meet fast-paced deadlines with mínimal revisions
