**Job Overview**:
Are you passionate about crafting short-form and long-form content that captivates, engages, and converts? We’re hiring a **Video Editor** with a strong eye for social-first video, storytelling, and trend optimization to join our creative production team.

You’ll edit videos for brands, influencers, and businesses across platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. From viral content to educational reels, your work will directly drive campaign success—and your pay will grow with it.

This is a **commission-based / partnership opportunity**, ideal for editors who want flexible hours, creative freedom, and earnings based on performance, volume, and quality of output.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit vertical and horizontal video content for social media and digital campaigns
- Transform raw footage into engaging, branded content with smooth pacing, transitions, subtitles, and effects
- Collaborate with our camera team, scriptwriters, influencers, and marketing leads to align on brand goals
- Optimize videos for platform-specific algorithms (Reels, Shorts, Stories, etc.)
- Ensure fast turnaround for edits while maintaining high-quality standards
- Manage assets, revisions, and delivery using cloud platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of video editing experience (freelance, in-house, or agency)
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Portfolio of social media edits required (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Knowledge of social content trends, hook strategies, and video pacing
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate remotely
- Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and modern visual aesthetics

**Compensation**:

- Commission-based earnings per video/project
