**Duties**
- Oversee the estimating process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for bids.
- Utilize HeavyBid software to create detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, and overhead.
- Review plans and specifications to determine scope of work and identify potential challenges.
- Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive bids.
- Prepare and present estimates to management and clients, providing clear justifications for pricing.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, bids, and related documentation for future reference.
- Mentor and train junior estimators on best practices in estimating methodologies.

**Skills**
- Proficient in HeavyBid software for construction estimating.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable pricing.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam for plan takeoffs and document management.
- Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in cost estimation.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Join our team as an Estimating Manager where you will play a pivotal role in driving our projects forward through precise estimation and strategic negotiation. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our success in delivering high-quality construction services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$87,981.00 per year
