Our custom capabilities enable us to tackle the most challenging projects with precision and innovation.

We’re seeking a skilled Estimator to lead and oversee our high-impact projects. Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. In this role, you’ll manage project requirements, prepare detailed cost estimates and support strategic decision-making with accurate forecasts and budgets.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Work with the estimating team to access, assess, estimate and submit complete proposals for drilling and foundation scopes
- Access client documents, download to proper locations and keep in organized fashion
- Maintain an accurate compilation of RFP addendums
- Review plans & specifications to determine scope of work and to define project requirements
- Complete quantity takeoffs Work with estimating team to establish a plan for developing the estimate
- Secure subcontract and material tenders for inclusion in the estimate Identify possible project risks
- Work in collaboration with partners on joint venture major project pursuits (request for qualifications and request for proposals)

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Degree or diploma in engineering or engineering technology (civil or geotechnical), or equivalent construction management experience
- 5+ years of experience in estimating deep foundations, cast in place concrete and driven piles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with MS Office Software, with advanced skills in Excel AutoCAD skills preferred
- Good work ethic and a willingness to learn
