Our custom capabilities enable us to tackle the most challenging projects with precision and innovation. **Duties & Responsibilities**: - Prepare accurate costs estimates and complete tender package submissions for new projects - Prepare written proposals for RFP tender opportunities - Work with our lead estimator to analyze project management trends and forecast crew production rates - Attend estimating team meetings - Draft project schedules for tender submissions and to assist project planning - Attend pre-construction meetings and project handover meetings to communicate the bid plan to the project managers **Qualifications & Skills**: - Over 3 years of experience in civil construction estimating - Graduate of a recognized post-secondary program related to civil engineering or construction management is an asset - Experience using estimating software is an asset - Able to work in a fast-paced construction environment - Strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to multitask - Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy - Flexibility to work extended hours when required - Experience using Microsoft Office programs, most notably Word, Excel & Project. - Valid BC driver’s license **C**ompensation**: **Here’s why you will want to be part of our team**: We are a value-driven organization.
