**THE OPPORTUNITY**

BVGlazing Systems Ltd. currently has an opportunity in a fast-paced office environment for a Production Assistant to assist with preparing and releasing manufacturing related drawings prior to production. This is an office administrative position reporting to the Production Supervisor.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Print, create labels, distribute Shop Drawings to the departments
- Create pick orders for material handling, ensure proper material is ordered if it is not in stock
- Process revisions to existing drawings
- Create accurate shipping sheets
- Assist in locating missing parts/releases.
- Provide back up for reception and administrative support to various departments
- Other duties as assigned

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- 0-2 years of experience in heavily involved administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- High level of organizational skills with careful and consistent attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining a fast pace to meet deadlines, fast typing speed and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to critical deadlines without fail while remaining organized and efficient
- Self-starter tendencies with the ability to work independently
- A flexible team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude who is ready and willing to learn
