**Dishwasher Responsibilities**:
The primary purpose of the Dishwasher is to provide kitchen and serving staff with clean, sanitized dishes and small wares.
- Proper care and use of chemicals
- Operate and maintain the dish washing machine
- Follow proper dishwashing procedures
- Ensure proper garbage disposal
- Check and safely maintain chemical levels
- Regularly check the sanitizer levels
- Put dishes away
- Ensure proper handling of dishes to avoid breakage and soiling
- Assist with cleaning up breakage and spillage, disposing materials safely (ie: broken glasses)
- Some level of food preparation as needed
