**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly washed and sanitized. This position is vital to the overall efficiency of our food service operations, supporting our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

**Responsibilities**
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping floors regularly.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including peeling vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooking.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of proper food handling techniques and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to assist others in the kitchen as needed.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing high-quality service in a hospitality setting.

Pay: $15.80-$17.00 per hour
