Fort Garry Industries has an exciting opportunity for an** E-Commerce Data Specialist**to join our team at our Corporate head office in Winnipeg.

**What you will do**:

- Collect and format vendor data.
- Maintain data integrity within our Product Information Management (PIM) system and ERP system
- Collaborate with other departments to align products within internal systems
- Maintain up-to-date certifications for all safety programs and personnel
- Identify and resolve data quality gaps
- Create new digital product assets
- Enhance PIM system updates regularly and address program bugs
- Provide system support to manages, developers and users
- Other duties as needed

**What We Require**:

- A degree in business, marketing, business information technology, or a relevant technology program
- 2-4 years of experience in a digital merchandising or data management role is preferred
- Previous experience in acquiring, organizing, and manipulating large amounts of data is preferred.
- Previous experience with Akeno, Pricedex, or other PIM systems is preferred
- Previous experience with Epicor or other ERP systems is preferred (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) is preferred
- Experience working with e-commerce catalogues with moderate SKU counts (100k +) is an asset.
- Demonstrated understanding of full-cycle data governance is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills - dedicated to exceeding the expectations of internal and external customers
- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to write and speak succinctly with customers and colleagues
- Heavy-duty parts knowledge or background is an asset
