**Position Summary**:
We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual for the position of a Safety and Compliance Coordinator out of our terminal in Brampton

This position is for a Safety & Compliance experienced person with experience of logístical and transportation fields. The main purpose of this position would be to take a lead role in managing whole company Safety & Compliance.

**Hours: Monday to Friday Day Shift 8:00am to 5:00pm**

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for ensuring compliance with Hours of Service, ELD's.
- Responsible for the administration/investigation of all accidents;
- Responsible for updating all the company authorities. For eg:

- CTPAT, UCR, PIP, IFTA, CSA etc.
- Responsible for licensing of equipment (tractors & trailers);
- Monitor and maintain CVOR/SMS;
- Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of all driver, truck & trailers files;
- Maintain monthly and weekly reports surrounding compliance and data management;
- Assist in driver recruitment and orientation process for owner-operators/drivers.
- Assist in new driver orientation for all new hires;
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous minimum 2 years safety and compliance experience within the Safety & Compliance in Trucking industry **is required.**:

- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Must maintain high levels of organization and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines.

**Schedule**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Safety/Compliance: 2 years (required)
- Transportation Industry: 2 year (required)

Work Location: In person.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
