**Responsibilities**:
**This individual’s responsibilities include**:
- Provides leadership to other administrators and completes cash deal with or without trades
- Provides leadership to other administrators and completes lien searches, buyouts, and complete requests to have liens released
- Handles cash and bank deposits
- Completes special projects assigned by General Manager or Branch Manager
- Processes lease and lease maturities
- Manages unpaid sold within their assigned region
- Handling confidential information for managers
- Participates in training programs required for development of skills and knowledge
- Supports the branches as required
- Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
- Ensures all safety regulations and requirements are followed by self and others
- Works to build and maintain constructive co-worker relations and effective and productive team dynamics
**Requirements**:
**This would be an ideal position if you**:
- Proficient in processing deals for all funders processes
- Understands DIT (Dealer Inventory Tracking)
- Administrative and financial expertise and knowledge of office procedures
- Knowledge of cash handling, finance, and general accounting processes
- Have strong people and communication skills
- Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team
- Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Have efficient time management skills
- Valid driver’s license required
