**Site Cleaner in Metro Vancouver, BC**

**Position Description**:
The Cleaner is responsible for cleaning all designated areas within the job location. The Cleaner will have a direct impact on improving the health and overall appearance of the job site. A Site Cleaner plays a fundamental role in transforming spaces from construction sites to living spaces.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various cleaning duties: wiping, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, window cleaning, etc.
- Perform daily safety checks: Ensure equipment and tools are in good working order. Ensure there are no safety hazards in the workplace.
- Work safely in heights whether with ladders or lifts.
- Follow best cleaning practices & the company's proven cleaning process to ensure the highest quality.
- Maintain a clean work area
- Follow all safety protocols and requirements as set forth by management in regards to safety and all regulatory requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned: removing cardboard protection, stickers, labels, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- HAVE A VALID WORK PERMIT - MUST.
- Knowledge of general cleaning techniques preferred
- Minimum of one year experience as a cleaner required
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or perform other physical tasks as required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with long hours occasionally required
- Good communication skills (verbal & written) required
- Detail-oriented & a sense of urgency required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
