**Summary**

Our CleanLinc retail clean division is seeking a dedicated Retail Cleaner to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness of one of our retail sites in downtown Vancouver.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning in a retail setting where process is the name of the game.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure high-quality results.
- Help setup the store for opening performing detailed cleaning tasks.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding job progress and requirements.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled timelines.
- Be visible and follow security and store management direction at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles in a premium environment is preferred.
- Ability to PASS a background check and sign an NDA
- Ability to perform some lifting of 20lbs and physical tasks as required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong knowledge of estate or private setting cleaning is an asset.
- Familiarity with using a vacuum, mop, and cleaning windows is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members is mandatory.
- A pleasant mature attitude coupled with good manners and a polite nature will be a greater asset than being a top cleaner. We will train you to this location’s standard.

Typical Schedule: 8AM - 1230PM Monday to Thursday and 10AM - 530PM Friday and Saturday with some changes for special events.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
