**For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can**
- Collaborate with the Program Team to deliver the program across British Columbia, focusing on recruiting, engaging, and managing distributor participants, marketing the program, and ensuring QA/QC.
- Travel frequently (up to 50%, mostly day trips) across the province to meet distributors, contractors, manufacturers, and suppliers.
- Utilize and train others on the distributor portal, troubleshooting IT and program administration issues.
- Build strong relationships, drive results, and contribute creatively to program growth.
- Partner with the client to identify improvements and implement strategies for program success.

**In this exciting career opportunity, you will have**
- 5+ years managing a Food Service dealer/distributor business with deep industry knowledge.
- 4+ years in commercial energy efficiency and customer relations.
- Experience in business development or account management.
- Resides in the Greater Vancouver Area
- Skilled in influence, negotiation, and communication (oral and written).
- Passionate advocate for energy efficiency and technology solutions.
- HVAC knowledge preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Holds a BC Class 5 Driver’s License with reliable transportation.

**Targeted Hourly Rate**

$41-$45 per hour
