**_We are looking for someone to fill a unique role within our resort in the south Okanagan valley._**:
Reporting to the Executive Director. You will require strict attention to detail and the ability to multi task. Your focus on customer service and willingness to help owners will be a major focus of this role. Your desire to build strong relationships will be critical in having owners feel valued and appreciated.

Duties include:

- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Demonstrate professional and positive image at all times
- Use your experience and attentive nature to assist the operation with all aspects of the owner experience
- Create monthly owner newsletters and website updates
- Assist with preparing documentation and planning for AGM’s and SGM’s
- Maintain an accurate owner database
- Submit annual documentation compliant with the BC Society Act regulations
- Liaison for owner requests (reservations, rotation schedules, website access, etc.)
- Work closely with the Executive Director to assist with ongoing projects
- Other duties as assigned

.Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of previous experience working in a fast paced customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Computer skills required with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
- Prior experience in problem solving, database management, relationship building
- Hospitality operations experience is also an asset
