Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring excellent client interactions, providing support, and facilitating smooth communication between clients and our internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and familiarity with construction-related software and processes. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction and project success are prioritized.

Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Assist clients with project updates, scheduling, and addressing concerns related to repair planning
  • Utilize software tools such as Mitchell for document review and markup to support project workflows.
  • Coordinate with management team to ensure client requests are addressed efficiently.
  • Support negotiation processes by communicating effectively with clients and internal teams to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and service issues for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate on repair plan ong management tasks, including tracking parts and documentation.
  • Assist with collision estimating and pricing inquiries when necessary, ensuring clients receive accurate information.

Skills

  • Proficiency in mitchel software for document management and markup.
  • Strong negotiation skills to handle client requests and resolve issues effectively.
  • Experience with iffice management principles within the collision repair
  • Knowledge of mitchel connect software for estimating and budgeting.
  • Understanding of the collision repakr processes, terminology, and workflows.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across various channels.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple client files simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$22.68 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Osoyoos, BC
