**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Working in conjunction with the Sales Department and Secretary-Treasurer, this role will be primarily responsible for:

- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Processing weekly A/R and Parts statement from manufacturer
- Posting vehicle sales
- Managing Vehicle Chattel / finance / lien payouts / incentive receivables
- Sales reporting and incentive submission
- Tracking and ordering office supplies
- Assisting staff from all departments with accounting related questions

**SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- 2 years experience in an accounting department
- Basic Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Efficient record keeping
- Automotive dealership experience is preferred, but not mandatory
- Quorum Xsellerator experience is preferred, but not mandatory as training is available
