**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets using internal construction management software.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure project specifications are met.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Utilize construction estimating tools to prepare accurate cost projections and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to stay on track.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery aligned with project timelines.
- Conduct site visits to assess work quality, safety compliance, and progress; address issues promptly.
- Manage project documentation using Bluebeam and other construction management software for reporting and record-keeping.
- Lead safety meetings and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong understanding of the construction industry.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills coupled with the ability to lead teams efficiently.
- Familiarity with civil engineering concepts and construction safety regulations.
- Relevant certifications or degrees in Construction Management or Civil Engineering are preferred but not mandatory. This position is integral to delivering successful construction projects that meet client expectations while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Pay: $110,000.00-$145,000.00 per year
