**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Claims Management:
- Lead the analysis, strategy, and resolution of current construction claims related to past or ongoing projects.
- Work closely with legal advisors, project stakeholders, and technical teams to assess contractual positions and develop resolution pathways.
- Prepare and manage documentation and communications related to claims and disputes.
- Coordinate timelines, risk assessments, and resource allocation as a structured, project-based engagement.
Industrial Construction Project Management:
- Oversee end-to-end execution of industrial construction projects, from planning and procurement to commissioning and closeout.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and quality metrics in alignment with internal standards and client expectations.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, including subcontractors and consultants, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders, resolving issues proactively.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and corporate policies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are assets.
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in industrial construction (e.g., energy, heavy civil, manufacturing, or process facilities).
- Proven expertise in construction claims management, including claim preparation, defense, and negotiation.
- Strong understanding of contract formats and legal frameworks
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in project management software

Pay: $130,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
