Leeper Speech and Hearing Clinic (Clinic) provides clinical training in speech language pathology and audiology for students enrolled in the School of Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD), Clinical Research facilitated by faculty in the Health and Rehabilitation Sciences (HRS) Program, and Clinical Service for the community. It is also the home of the Southwestern Ontario sites of the Ontario Infant Hearing Program and the Preschool Speech and Language Initiative, tykeTALK. **Responsibilities**: The SLP: - Provides speech, language, and cognitive-communication assessments and intervention to adults referred to the clinic. - Engages in clinical supervision of graduate students in CSD as assigned by the School and encouraged by professional regulatory bodies. - Attends Speech Sub-Committee meetings monthly. - Participates in and completes continuing education activities to advance clinical practice and to comply with CASLPO regulations. **Why Western?**: **Background Checks**: While transcripts are not required for the interview, they are mandatory prior to any offer of employment.
