**Andalusia Speech Therapy** is hiring a part-time, contract Speech Language Pathologist for our clinic in London.

**Our Mission**

Help others communicate by providing quality speech therapy to individuals of all ages, economic and cultural backgrounds, and geographical locations, and participate as active members of our communities.
- Conduct informal assessments and provide therapy to pre-school, school aged, teen, and adult clients. We provide services in all areas of speech therapy except for swallowing (caseload: 80% pediatric, 20% adult)
- Write reports using our report templates
- Write therapy progress notes using the EMR system - Jane app
- Collaborate with Speech Therapy Assistants
- Report to Clinical Mentor
- Attend weekly mentoring sessions
- Participate in team discussions/collaborations
- This is a clinic-based position with the possibility of some home visits and online appointments

**Experience and Qualifications**
- CASLPO-licensed
- Effective communication skills with colleagues, clients and their families, and third parties
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Accepting of respectful feedback to improve clinical practice
- Understanding and lived practice of inclusivity

**Compensation**
- New grads start at $61.75 for each 45-minute therapy session (including prep and note time). $102 for 1-hour assessments (includes report writing time. we provide therapists with all report templates)
- $25 travel top-up for in-home visits
- Salary commensurate with experience according to company pay range
