**About the role**
**Core Competencies**
- Fluent in English, a second language is helpful but not required
- Excellent verbal skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must have a personal vehicle (a vehicle allowance is part of the compensation package)
- 100% travel within your territory (Peterborough-Belleville-Kingston region, up to 2 hours travelling)
- College/University degree required (health care, science or business degrees preferred)
- Works well with ambiguity
- Self-starter and self-directed
- Comfortable working with older adults and their advocates
- Works well in fluid environments
- Understands the fundamentals of scheduling and following appointments
- Is able to troubleshoot by phone or in-person
- Is comfortable working in a CRM (updating documents, writing fast notes on the profile)
**Responsibilities**
- Visit clients’ homes and care institutions to show, sell and install medical alert devices
- Work with families to understand their concerns and individual needs
- Follow up calls to existing customers
- Generate new opportunities by connecting with stakeholders
- Assist Business Development in maintaining marketing materials in assigned territory
- Work to achieve monthly targets
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
