Dispatcher / Office Administrator Full-time

**About us**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated individual with exemplary computer skills and an upbeat personality to join our team. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. You will handle general office duties, including greeting customers, handling a multi-line phone system, invoicing, filing and water testing. You will also act as the backup Dispatcher. Vacation relief on Saturdays will be required on occasion.
**Position Summary**:
As a first point of contact for our customers you need to have excellent communication skills, be able to speak English fluently, have current computer skills and be committed to providing superior service to our clientele. The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks while keeping cool, calm and collected are essential in our fast-paced environment.
**Key Duties**:
- Have a ‘can-do’ attitude towards daily tasks
- Be prepared to switch gears and take the initiative to complete projects efficiently
- Answer incoming calls of a multi-line switchboard with a friendly & upbeat voice
- Direct basic inquiries regarding the company and its services to the appropriate personnel
- Perform water testing, enter and process results
- Create invoices and process counter sales
- Assist Project Coordinator with dispatching as required
- Filing and data entry
- Customer follow-up
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary education in administration or accounting would be an asset
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Read, write & speak English fluently
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
**Preferred Skills**:
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
- Minimum 3 years office experience
