**Overview**

TKG Restaurant Group is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to elevate our brand and drive customer engagement across our five vibrant locations, which include restaurants, bars, and event spaces. This role is ideal for a dynamic marketing professional passionate about storytelling, digital innovation, and hospitality excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategy Development**:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with TKG’s brand vision and business objectives.
- **Campaign Management**:Plan and execute advertising campaigns and promotions that drive traffic, increase revenue, and enhance the guest experience.
- **Brand Storytelling**:Craft and maintain a consistent brand narrative across all channels. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging resonates with our diverse clientele.
- **Event & Partnership Coordination**:Coordinate marketing efforts for in-house events, partnerships, and collaborations that promote TKG’s unique offerings.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights. Adjust strategies to optimize results and maximize ROI.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:3-5 years of proven marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment industry.
- **Skills**:Strong digital marketing proficiency and familiarity with analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding. Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
