Compensation: Commensurate based on education and experience.

**What You'll Do**
- Responsible for the coordination, execution, tracking and day-to-day administration of the marketing and business development strategy and initiatives.
- Support in all areas of marketing, including events, sponsorships, advertising, direct marketing, publicity, digital and traditional marketing, website, and social media.
- Implement office, client group and service-specific marketing strategies, programs, and activities to support existing client retention, targeted pursuit plans and referral mapping.
- Develop creative campaign briefs and support concept development phases.
- Gather and compile market research for planning purposes.
- Maintain marketing materials including promotional items, brochures, and tradeshow equipment.
- Perform administrative duties specific to the marketing department such as updating and maintaining databases, client lists and preparing materials for distribution to clients.
- Work with partners and leaders in the region to identify accounts where further value can be brought to the client, using account-based marketing approaches to engage with the clien.t
- Measure, understand, and report on the impact of marketing activities.
- Analyze reporting information and make recommendations to plans and programs as required.
- Build profile and relationships in the regional marketplace, including with local influencers, media, and community partnerships.
- Work on other projects and ad-hoc activities as required.

**What We're Looking For**
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing or another related field.
- 2 to 4 years of traditional and digital marketing experience.
- Professional services industry experience,
- Working knowledge of marketing processes.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Exceeds Expectations iin all aspects of your current role.
- Demonstrates ability to learn new tasks (i.e., experience with a variety of roles, clients/specialties).
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Demonstrates leadership skills.
- Adept at identifying, taking ownership of, and acting on problems. Solution oriented.
- Mature, professional, enthusiastic, positive, respectful of others.
- Works well independently; rarely requires direction; self-motivated.
- Passionate about personal learning, training, and ongoing development.
- Committed and reliable with regards to attendance and punctuality.
