**The schedule is 7h30-16h00.
**Responsibilities & Expectations**:
**The Customer Service Representative will provide administrative support for Management and customer service.**
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional courteous manner.
- Sort and maintain job packages, keep packages up to date.
- Issue Purchase Orders for materials or services to suppliers, and issue to jobs if required.
- Maintain customer records and assist the credit department in collections if required.
- Print delivery tickets when needed.
- Assist in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement program.

**Qualifications and Competencies**:

- High school diploma required, applicable post-secondary education preferred.
- Clear verbal and written English communication skills required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills required.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
