**Kennedy Ford** **Oakville** is a family run and owned dealership looking to add an **Appointment Coordinator** to our team.
As a key member of our Service Team you will be responsible for answering all inbound calls for our onsite Service Department while providing the highest levels of customer service. An outgoing positive attitude is key for success in this role. Dealership experience is an asset.
Responsibilities of this role will include:
- Scheduling service appointments for client's vehicles in a courteous and efficient manner
- Updating customer details as required.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Service Follow-up calls
- Reaching out to clients to book services coming due
- Appointment reminders
- General reception duties
- Assisting Service Advisors with writing up and cashing out
- Monday to Friday, rotating shifts 7:30 - 4:30 or 9:00 - 6:00 pm. Must be able to work every second Saturday (will get following Friday off)

- **$17 - $18 per hour.**
