Automotive Appointment Coordinator

**Kennedy Ford** **Oakville** is seeking a skilled and talented **Appointment Coordinator** to join our team.
As a key member of our Service Team you will be responsible for answering all inbound calls for our on-site Service Department while providing the highest level of customer service. An outgoing positive attitude is key for success in this role. Dealership experience is required. This position may lead to the option of working from home one day per week following completion of probationary period. Remuneration amount will be based on experience and skillset.
Responsibilities of this role will include:
- Scheduling service appointments for client's vehicles in a courteous and efficient manner
- Updating customer details as required
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Service Follow-up calls
- Reaching out to clients to book services coming due
- Appointment reminders
- General reception duties
- Assisting Service Advisors with writing up and cashing out
- Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00 pm

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
