**Due to an ever increasing demand we are looking for a General Office Clerk to add to our Oakville Ontario team**

Duties would be, but not limited to;
- Assist answering telephones and relay telephone calls and messages
- Entering data into our programs and spreadsheets,
- Organize and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Maintain organization of general office including managing kitchen/office supplies
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the office team as required

The successful applicant must:

- Be able to communicate politely and effectively within a small office demonstrating tact and confidence in engaging with business partners and staff on daily basis
- Have a high attention to detail
- Self motivated with a willingness to learn
- Have reliable transportation, and is punctual on a daily basis
- Be able to work independently when required, and manage your time effectively
- Have basic computer skills for Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the office team

**Salary**: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
