Audi Finance and Volkswagen Finance offers a wide range of leasing, retail financing and protection plans expertly tailored to meet the needs of our Customers. Additionally, we provide commercial financing products to Audi and Volkswagen Dealers to support expanding dealership capabilities and enhancing overall operations.

**Role Summary**

In charge of the resolution of total loss, bankruptcy files and the management of a collection unit for end-of-lease invoices and accounts past due with losses remaining unpaid in order to make payment arrangements and/or take the necessary actions to maximize the amounts collected.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process total loss files within 30 days.
- Produce proofs of claim for notices and proposals of bankruptcy received and do the necessary follow-up to obtain releases.
- Assign files, when required, to a collection agency. Keep a follow-up on these same files with our partners until complete resolution (settled invoice or closure of the assignment).
- Calculate and issue invoices for losses following the auction sale and make arrangements to collect the amount due.

**Required Qualifications**

**Formal education**
- College diploma (DEC)

**Experience**
- Two to three years of experience in a collections position
- Experience in the end-of-lease department (asset)

**Competencies**
- Written and oral communication skills (French and English)

**Negotiation skills**
- Knowledge of collection regulations for the different Canadian provinces and territories.

**Work schedule**
- Availability to work on a flexible work schedule when needed (Monday to Friday between 8AM to 6PM)
