Are you able to work in all areas of our business providing excellent Customer Service? Do you have great attention to detail, working in a warehouse, assisting walk-in customers, and taking pride in the appearance of a showroom as well as handling incoming calls and other duties as required? We have a full-time opportunity for a combined role as a Customer Service/Warehouse employee in our Medicine Hat location.

**_Responsibilities:_**
- Work the counter, selling from our showroom
- Handle inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner
- Deal with inquiries and requests from customers
- Enter orders in the system - data entry
- Showroom cleanliness, stocking, and facing of shelves
- Warehouse shipping and receiving of product
- Prepare shipping documents
- Assist with cycle and inventory counts
- Accurate picking of orders
- Perform other duties as required

- Customer Service experience
- Excellent data entry skills
- Sense of personal responsibility and strong work ethic
- Ability to read, interpret and understand order information
- Forklift and WHMIS training would be an asset
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
