Recognized in the Canadian fashion industry, Tristan is currently looking for a creative assistant manager with a passion for fashion to serve and advise customers at our Tristan boutique situated in the Yorkdale Mall.

Tasks include assisting the manager in order to maximize the performance of the store through the effective training of store personnel and the management of all aspects of store operations. Ensure that customers receive quality service and ensure that the visual presentation standards are observed. Assistant managers are responsible for the store’s operations during the manager’s absence.

**Responsibilities**:

- In collaboration with the Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for maximizing store performance through effective staff training and management of all operational aspects of the store;
- Responsible for all store operations in the absence of the Manager;
- Operate the store to maximize sales and encourage employees in their sales goals;
- Assist the Manager in recruiting, hiring and training an efficient and productive sales team;
- Ensures the attractive presentation of merchandise in accordance with established guidelines;
- Ensure that standards of merchandise maintenance and care are met;
- Contributes to the motivation of the team through leadership and positive influence;
- Enforces and enforces internal rules and policies on an ongoing basis to ensure loss prevention.

Required skills
- 2 years experience in retail sales and customer service;
- Outgoing and pleasant personality;
- Knowledge of fashion.
