Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will support the store manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales. This is a key role in our organization, and we are looking for someone who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and has a passion for providing exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the store manager in supervising and training staff members
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Cashiering duties, including handling cash transactions and ensuring accuracy
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise as needed
- Assist with budgeting and financial management
- Monitor market trends and make recommendations for product selection and pricing strategies
- Organize promotional events to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as you may need to communicate with customers who speak different languages

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is required
- Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
