Job Description: Customer Service Representative
**Responsibilities**:
- Input customer orders into database and obtain any missing information from customers regarding their order in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure orders are understood
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Order entry into shop scheduling software
- Manage shipping and receiving documents
- Various data entry requirements.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel and absolute must
