**Become a Property Data Clerk (AD3) - Temporary Assignment up to 12 Months** **with MPAC**

You are a passionate individual who can provide administrative support and clerical services for the Central Processing Facility to ensure the timely and efficient sorting, batching, receipt, reconciliation, tracking, scanning, filing and distribution of information used in assessment business processes and products.

**You have**:
- Completion of secondary education
- Knowledge of MS Office suite of products, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint
- Ability to implement instructions and to follow proper procedures
- Ability to focus in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Effective organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
**Nice to have**:
- Post-secondary education an asset
- Basic understanding of the Ontario Land Registry System and ability to interpret conveyance documents and plans preferred
**What you will do**:
- Reconcile documents upon receipt for completeness, following up with the appropriate department for corrective action when necessary
- Monitor mailboxes and correspondence sent by various internal and external stakeholders and customers
- Review documentation received and validate against MPAC data to ensure cases created are accurate and are assigned to the correct property
- Monitor outbound correspondence queues and deliver electronic information forms to municipalities and stakeholders
- Perform data entry functions in MPAC databases for property related data
- Performs other duties as assigned
